She appears, radiating and unmatched. Blue fabric stretches across her body, a silver necklace around her throat. Sheer and simple, but elegant in its own statement. This is the first time he sees her hair down, a black waterfall flowing across one shoulder.
"Miss Vaswani," he greets her, already dazzled by the small smile she conjures.
"Satya, please," she speaks as he slowly takes her hand. Loosely he holds her fingers, allowing time for her to retreat but she lets him press his lips to her knuckles.
"Then you must call me Akande," he states. Offering his arm, her hand slips upon his. A light touch, but meaning much more than she could know. Escorting her to their private table, the entire restaurant is void save for the candles upon the gold laced cloth. A soft light cradling their destination and even softer music plays upon hidden speakers.
He leaves her side to take her chair out, and once she settles down he glides it back into place. Soft energy flows from her, filling his own chest with reassurance of this night.
"Akande," she breathes for a moment, gracing her voice upon his name. "I must admit I've been looking forward to this night."
He settles upon his own chair, apart from her but able to take in the shape of her jawline in the candlelight. Able to dine with a woman he's been quite smitten with since first meeting her is simple a pleasure.
"As have I." He tells this honestly. "We never did get enough time to learn more about each other."
It seems there can never be enough time to listen to her speak. Hours and days will never satisfy his need to discover more of this person's soul, but for now, he has her time.
"No, we didn't." She agrees. A pleased smile touches her lips as she speaks, "What questions will we be answering tonight?"
A waiter appears at the flick of his hand, hurrying to their tableside.
"Perhaps we may be able to start with your favorite drink?" he gestures.
White wine is served to her preference, with the appetizer starting them off. He asks his questions of her favorite season and stars and what books she enjoys. Her own questions come as well during the main course, of family and flowers and even music.
Between bites of food, she tells of her job at Vishkar, of bending hard-light into reality with just her fingers. He admits that is impressive, earning a warm look upon her face but she still holds her ground. Firm and unyielding to foolishly falling. Strong and independent, decisive of what she knows is right and wrong.
Every passing second leaves him breathlessly knowing that she is truly a woman of high regard.
"Satya," the sweet letters of her name touches his tongue for one moment. "You are magnificent."
The glass lowers from her lips, focusing her golden eyes upon him. Graceful in every way.
"Thank you. You are spoiling me tonight," a small laugh echoes in her words. "It's a pleasure to speak with you like this." Her fingers wave to the empty room, returning her gaze to him in a soft motion. The jewelry around her throat glitters, and her eyes match the shimmer.
"It overjoys me that you think so," he confesses, brushing one sleeve of his suit to clear it of a speck of dust. To be anything but perfect in front of her is unacceptable.
She shifts in her seat, gaze hardening for a moment as she clears her throat.
"I must confess that my company does not know of this arrangement." She begins slowly, brushing one hand through her black hair. "I came here out of my own interests, as I hope you did as well."
Her words send him back for a moment, being he responds in stride.
"Satya, Talon does not know my personal life, and they do not know of this night." His voice is calm and steady, leaving nothing to doubt. "Tonight is of my own need to spend it in the presence of such a lovely woman. Nothing more, nothing less."
His hand reaches over the gold laced cloth, fingers extended under the glow of the flickering candlelight.
"The last thing I want is to disappoint you." He breathes to her masked face. Carefully composed and held until her eyes shift to his hand. The steel mask melts into something he has yet to view upon her features as her own hand ceases the distance between them. Blue painted nails trace upon the lines of his palm, small and dainty before resting her warm skin against his.
"And you haven't." Softness dots her eyes, only for him. The open emotion she reveals touches his ribcage and swirls under his sternum. A touch that can only belong to her.
Their hands do not part until the candles flicker out.

Overwatch x Star Wars AU
Hi fans of Overwatch and/or Star Wars, I need your help and i humbly ask for your opinion and ideas.
I am currently putting Overwatch into the Star Wars universe for fun but adapting the characters is harder than anticipated. I have already decided on some (but gladly welcome more ideas) and need your help on the ones I have no idea for. It becomes more fun if not everyone is human but it is hard to decide what suits the characters best.
The Overwatch Cast:
Ana - Human, Bounty Hunter. Formerly part of the peacekeeping organization Overwatch but was believed to be murdered by Widowmaker. Now she occasionally helps Soldier:76 on his missions with the alias "Shrike".
Ashe - Mandalorian, leader of clan Deadlock. B.O.B is a droid, naturally.
Baptiste - Human, Talon defector. Searches for a new path that may actually help the galaxy instead of controlling it.
Bastion - Droid. Was part of the separatist army before malfunctioning, but now has free will.
Brigitte - Human, mechanic and part of the rebellion.
D.va - Togruta pilot of a remodeled AT-ST.
Doomfist - Zabrak warrior of Talon and a high-ranking officer.
Echo - Droid. One of a kind droid made by Dr. Liao of Overwatch.
Genji - Human/Cyborg. Jedi Knight of Overwatch but left before its downfall. Now trains under Zenyatta to learn more about the force. Was trained with the force during his youth in the Shimada clan.
Hanzo - Human, force sensitive. Formerly part of the great criminal Shimada Empire. Left the clan and put down his lightsaber and only uses the force for acrobatics.
Junkrat - Human scavenger (I thought of Tusken Raider but decided against it)
Lucio - Nautolan (Kit Fisto's species) DJ/Freedom fighter. Part of the rebellion.
McCree/Cassidy - Human, Bounty Hunter. Former member of Ashe's clan Deadlock. Not really a Mandalorian but he follows some aspects of their culture. Was a part of Blackwatch but left before the organization fell.
Mei - Pantoran. Is/was a scentist on Hoth. Snowball is a droid, possibly a BB-8 unit. Was a part of Overwatch.
Mercy - Diathim, half/part Diathim at least. Medic and former scientist of Overwatch.
Moira - Arkanian scientist. Was kicked out of Overwatch only to join the black-ops team Blackwatch. After Overwatch's fall she later joined Talon, free to experiment without limitations.
Orisa - Droid. A special made droid for the planet's intruders.
Pharah - Human republic soldier or Mandalorian. All I know is that she needs a jetpack and she has to wear armor. Mandalorian seems like the best option because they have one of the coolest armors and jetpack usally equals Mandalorian.
Reaper - Human, Sith Lord. Fallen Jedi of Overwatch and now associates with Talon. His motives are unknown.
Reinhardt - Human, republic soldier. Heavy modified armor. Was part of Overwatch.
Roadhog - Gamorrean criminal. (He is the same species as those "pig" aliens that are Jabba the Hutt's guards). Bodyguard to Junkrat.
Sigma - A human scientist who went through an experiment in trying to establish force sensitivity in beings that can't excess the force. The experiment made him a powerful force wielder but it broke his mind. Sigma can use both the light and dark side of the force depending on what state of mind he is in. He is currently a tool for Talon after they broke him out of a high-security mental institution.
Sojurn - Tholothorian with cybernetics. Formerly part of Overwatch.
Soldier:76 - Human, former Jedi turned mercenary. Used to lead Overwatch.
Sombra - Human, Sith apprentice/assassin to Reaper.
Symmetra - Twi'lek. She was taken from Ryloth as a child and taken to join Vishar, an organization connected to Talon but she does not know that.
Torbjörn - Short human mechanic. Torbjörn built droids and other weapons that were used in the republic/separatist war and he is very ashamed of his past. Joined Overwatch to redeem himself but that turned out to be a failure too.
Tracer - Human, force sensitive X-wing pilot. Potential Jedi. Was a padawan during Overwatch but had to flee and go into hiding before joining the rebellion.
Widowmaker - Twi'lek assassin working for Talon. Her husband was a member of Overwatch but Talon kidnapped and tortured her until she was under their control, forcing her to kill him.
Winston - Wookie. A former member of Overwatch. A warrior and scientists smashed into one being. Left Overwatch when Tracer had to flee and they joined the rebellion together.
Wrecking Ball - Ewok. A mechanic genius and a renowned mech fighter.
Zarya - Pantoran warrior. Is a member of the pantorian military and was a great warrior during the republic/separatist war
Zenyatta - Droid. Former Guardian of a Jedi Temple. Knows the force and has a connection to it but he can't use it. He has taken Genji under his wing as his apprentice.

Hammond + Winston; Animals
Bastion + Orisa + Echo; Naive, 'childlike' robots that just are not attractive.
D: Hot only to very specific people
Widow; My issue with Widow is she's basic. I've seen this dozens of times. Her hotness is artificial - everything about her to shove in your face her hotness, and unless you're a very meek lesbian or a weird creepy dude, she just isn't that hot. She's a gimmick. If she was more professional and less for show, she'd be higher.
Tracer; Yorkshire terrier. She'd be a great s/o and friend, but she's not exactly hot. She's plain jane. Only especially hot to very Jane Austen lesbians and again, weird creepy dudes.
Mercy; Boring. She doesn't really have much personality in the media she shows up in beyond 'angel' and 'tired'. The latter is the smallest portion of her character, but the most embraced. This is why she's only hot in the fan portrayals of her in fic or art. She's too plain and basic to be more than conventionally attractive.
Junkrat; He just ain't, dude. Unless he's your type, he isn't hot. His personality doesn't lend to his sex appeal, either. Very specific taste needed.
Mei; Only if you're a butch lesbian or an even weirder dude. Very plain, but the body shape rep is nice. Her personality is probably only attractive if you're into the same interests as her, or are familiar with your interests being shut down. This relationship will be a lot of gushing about fun science facts and god dang, you go you funky butch lesbians. Still not hot.
C: Boring + bad idea
Brig; She has a hotness factor from the muscles. She still is not hot because she is so plain. She is white bread incarnate. Her personality of sweet, 'girl-next-door' is appealing for a relationship, but she just isn't that hot aside from her buffness.
Sigma; He's often cited as one of the hotter guys, but is he, or do you just like the idea of cosmic horror? Is he hot, or do you want to be a monsterf*cker without actually commiting? He's a traumatized Grandpa. He's like an old, white man Mei. I'd go to the park with him and feed ducks. I would not canoodle.
Ashe; Like Widow, but more professional. She's still boring, but at least the outfit makes her have some intrigue. Her story has the potential to make her more interesting, but let's be real, she was only made as an attempt to stop the McHanzo shippers.
D.va; She's fine. She's just a young adult. Nothing much to say. Blizzard really wants you to think she's hot, though.
Hanzo; Look. This man, no matter when you approach him, is in a crisis. Before meeting Genji, he's stuck in the past. After, he's gone full white girl reinvention. I wouldn't be surprised if your hookup was a rebound. If you canoodle him, there will be strings attached. He will call you afterwards and ask if you happened to find one of his nipple piercings in your sheets. You'll get text messages asking if you want to smoke a joint. He has no skill in this. Until he goes to therapy, wide berth. He's hot, but the consequences and implications outweigh the good time.

Torb; The personality is there. He's a dilf. He's a serious, but not without humor, haunted man who loves his family dearly. He gets made into a joke, but guys, this man would be a fan favorite if he wasn't short.
Ana; She's adopted the Grannie personality, which knocks her down a bit, but Ana is hot even as an older woman. Not my cup 'a joe, but she oozes sarcasm and confidence. Also, strikes fear into the rich and corrupt? Hot.
Genji; He's Hanzo, but after therapy. He's got his ish together. He'll treat you right. It'll be the best relationship you've ever had because he's so good at communication. But this isn't about relationships. He's hot because he's vanilla. He's a simple guy - and lets face it, a bottom. One of the plainer options, but still has some appeal to him with his maturity.
Zarya; Buff woman. Hot. Her personality isn't for everyone, and her racism is...ugh...but c'mon. Look at her biceps. Look at them.
Moira; Will experiment on you in more ways than you expect. Androgynous, David Bowie. Not for the faint of heart. You're definitely a lesbian or a femboy. Hot for her evilness. Not so hot for her nails. Not a good idea. Be careful.
Reinhardt; Big grandpa man. A gentle soul. Very loud. He's hot for his confidence and voice. But, again, sooner feed ducks with him than anything else.
A: Hot
Sombra; Evil, intelligent, mischievous woman who is always one step ahead? Hot.
Doomfist; You are lying to yourself if you think he isn't attractive. Jerk? No question. But listen to his voice. He's classy, humorous, and very nicely muscled. Do not pursue a relationship under any circumstance, but look all you'd like.
Zen; Like Genji, but hotter because of the inherent controversy of canoodling a monk.
Soldier; Raspy voice, nice bone structure, haunted past, beefy but not too beefy. Kinda basic, but still appealing.
Roadhog; Voice. Voice. Voice. This man is hot. You are a coward. Dad bod x 10.
Lucio; Anarchist, fights corps, very kind and sweet. Lean muscle and fierce. Gentle and plays with kids. Cutie.
S: Hottest
Baptiste; Beefy, has some cake, romantic flirt, will take C A R E of you and make you breakfast. Look at him. Haunted past, muscles, nice voice, you KNOW he takes care of his nails and hygiene. Not just a good night, marry this man. Someone else will if you don't. Hottest character in Overwatch.
McCree; Voice, dad bod, tanned, probably smells like smoke and sand. He's a sweetie, but has some edge to him. A nice middle ground between Hot Evil and Hot Cute. Beard is definitely scratchy.
Pharah; Buff woman with a nice voice, cute sense of humor, and sense of loyalty and responsibility? Like a female Baptiste. Go get the ring. Now.
Reaper; Haunted past, claws, monster/inhuman, and that voice. Don't pursue relationship. Casual meetups? Sure. Do not catch feelings, this isn't a Wattpad story and you are not y/n, you will not change him.
Symmetra; She's kinda confused but she has a good heart, good voice, and very nice legs. She's dripping charisma and confidence, look at her. You are below her and that is quite an enjoyable experience. Would be a decent s/o, would have a lot to learn but she'd try her best.

I'm self indulging myself in a bunch of cutesy Doommetra headcanons since it's 3am, the perfect time to overthink ships.
Doomfist probably keeps his relationship with her private to ensure her safety, only claiming his interactions with her are purely to convince her to join Talon and for connections to Vishkar. He'd be out for blood if something happened to her just because she was close to him, and he's wary of someone like Sombra using her against him one day.
He likes calling Symmetra his little Sungura because her headset looks like bunny ears. It flusters her each time.
He's also very conscious of his strength when he's around her. He may have no fear in battle, but with her, he's always a little nervous that he may hurt her on accident.
She doesn't take gifts well, but he likes to send her gifts to show affection. He thinks it's a little funny to see her come back to him with the boxes in hand, demanding that he return the items. He adores her modest nature and it just makes him want to spoil her that much more. He would give her the world if she asked, and constantly tells her how he'd do anything for her. She never asks for much, usually just a do-over on chess.
They both like to talk about current events and their different views sometimes leads to debates. If things ever get too heated, he snuggles up to her. Symmetra thinks this is unfair conduct.
He fell in love with her after watching her wander around in his private library. He didn't mean to develop feelings for her; he just wanted to recruit her, but seeing her light up over classic novels tugged at his heart. Soon after, everything she seemed to do was a little endearing. Now, they enjoy reading together. She will sit in his lap or lay across his chest to do so.
He likes to study her hardlight technology and asks a lot of questions regarding it. It's what interested him in the first place, and he'd love to have her on Talon.
She patches him up when he comes back from missions sometimes. He likes to be pampered with the extra attention.
She enjoys listening to him talk about martial arts and watches him demonstrate for her. Sometimes, he feels the need to teach her some things for self defense in the event that anything ever happens to her. He prays that she'll never need to use them, but it's better safe than sorry.
Symmetra's prosthetic actually came from his company. He recognized the model when he first laid eyes on it. He's impressed that she takes care of it so well that it still looks like new.
While he knows he has no business seeking love when he has Talon and his business to run, he's certain that he'd definitely marry her if she'd have him. Sometimes, thinking about it is what gets him through the day. She never really had any plans for marriage, but she would at least give it some thought if he actually proposed.
He's had a number of partners in the past, while she's never had one before him. At first, he was a little aggressive in his pursuit of her, but he soon realized she wasn't fond of it. He toned down and respected her boundaries. He's extremely patient with her and never pushes her to do anything, always stopping if she says so. He puts her needs above his.
They're both fine not seeing each other for days on in since they're both busy people. He definitely reaches out to her more though and calls just to hear her voice. He's debated on whether or not he should just get her to move in with him.
While he has more extravagant ways of showing affection, she has simple, quiet ways. Sometimes, he'll find little written notes around to see that she's done something for him. Occasionally, she'll make him a lunch to take with him on missions. His teammates have no idea why he has smiley faces on his napkins, but they're not dumb enough to ask. He thinks her notes are the cutest thing.

First Meeting
My first Doommetra fic and I'm so excited! I hope to write more about them in the future!
Doommetra. Flirty lines. Pre-Relationship.
Bubbles gentle fizz in her glass which already has a smudge of lipstick stained to the rim. Her finger wipes it away, rubbing it back to perfection and clarity. One nail taps against the cup, viewing the large hotel bar once again.
He appears, right on the dot. A white suit covers his muscular figure, but does no less to dampen his menacing form. Every cord of muscle and bone seems threatening, but his eyes tell so much more. Calculating, and finding her gaze in the crowd. It take only mere seconds before he crosses the room to her. Both already knowing who the other is.
"Miss. Vaswani, I assume," he greets her, voice deep and booming but with an articulate charm to his words.
"You are correct," she informs the Talon leader. "Mr. Ogundimu, my company wishes to express their gratitude in taking an interest in what they have to offer."
A quick wave of her hand, and a servant brings a tray to him. The glass seems to be engulfed in his large fingers, but he holds it with gentle care.
"Miss. Vaswani, do forgive me but I must inquire more about yourself." He holds her gaze with confidence, but with an air of respect. Direct, but to her. "You are an architect?"
"The best Vishkar currently employs," she confirms easily. He's done his research. His dark skin is deep in the light atmosphere, but his words and expressions are gracefully. Quite simply, she's surprise at his refinement. Too many times she has dealt with grunts who attempt to strong arm her. They always leave unsatisfied.
"Tell me more," he asks, politely. His dark eye are focused on her, and her alone. Attention without distraction. She fixes a wrinkle in her gold dress, before clearing her throat.
"I'm not sure of what you want to know." She runs a hand along her dress, shifting the sparkling fabric. Orderly once again.
A deep hum of noise rumbles through his chest. He takes a sip of his drink, letting his tongue savor the flavor before parting his lips. "Tell me, and please forgive me for the absurdity, but what is your favorite animal?"
His questions echoes for a moment before she fully understands it. Completely odd and unusual, she considers for a moment that he may be mocking her. Her fingers tighten around her glass, but his expression only gives her genuine curiosity. Dark eyes look over her, but do not make her feel less of a person. Light shines in his irises of intelligence, nearly making her eyes close for hours just to watch the scene replay against the back of her eyelids. The sharp jawline, the dark scalp and thick voice. All pieces of a grand puzzle to stall her thoughts.
"Tigers." She answers, returning his gaze steadily. "Creatures of strength and grace. They are… exquisite."
A smile graces his lips, pleased and searching her soul for more.
"A great choice, and fitting for someone like yourself." He shifts, looking to the men and women dressed and drinking and dancing. "You are a tiger among monkeys, Miss Vaswani."
She give a small laugh at that, watching his gaze flow back to her. "Flattering, Mr. Ogundimu, but I believe we have business to attend to."
Something warm tugs his lips again, thick and nearly reaching her as he faces away from the crowd and back to her. "You are unable to be swayed, I see."
"I have a purpose to fulfill." She speaks without pause, watching his lips part slowly. "Failure is unacceptable."
"I admire that." He praises, warmth trying to slip under her skin, but she battles it away with a cool smile of her own.
"Thank you," she answers, the warmth still lingering. "Shall we began our negotiating?"
"But first, Miss. Vaswani, will you allow me to ask you to a proper dinner?" He speaks softly, awaiting her answer. "It will be much better than this simple place."
She holds her chin high, studying his sincerity and keeping her cool. His warmth will not make her fall just in one swoop.
"I don't do such things on first meetings," he shows no immediately emotion, but the warmth is gone in moments. "But if this deal works out, there will be many other meetings to… arrange such a thing."
Her meaning is taken in full as he agrees. They go to a more private corner, settled in a subtle booth. Vishkar and Talon are to arrange some sort of deal that will benefit both parties, but they both wait for something else.
A chance to get to know the strong and intelligent man a little bit more.
